BEAUBOW by ALEXIS MABILLE

An official member of the Haute Couture Federation, a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, couturier Alexis Mabille has achieved lasting recognition with his fashion signature. Today, he reveals another facet of his creative identity: interior decoration, a passion that sparked from the youngest age, at the contact of the architects and decorators of his family, one he has long cultivated through his experiences and acquaintances.
For the French grand couturier, the environment of a person is essential, participating in their well-being, personal and emotional development. In the same way an outfit must highlight the body while being comfortable, an interior must express the personality of its owner while being adapted to their lifestyle.
Alexis Mabille personally loves to entertain, that is why has imagined a decorative style in his image, a cohabitation between periods, a blend of style with an interplay of volume, materials, and colours. With BEAU BOW, his interior design company (the name is a reference to his early bowties lines), his proclivity is creating warm and sophisticated places that truly comes alive with guests. Several restaurant owners have already entrusted him with the decoration of select Parisian spots: Le Boeuf sur le toit , Maison de la truffe, Cipriani Saint Tropez , Kaspia Los Angeles...
In October 2021, at Bismarck Foundation, Alexis Mabille exhibits his first collection of furniture in limited series, Interior Games. Born from creations made for his apartment, it respects the purest tradition of French craftsmanship, recalling haute couture, his primary field.

WAVE COLLECTION
WAVE COLLECTION
Limited Edition Collection
A Play Of Waves and Vibrations
The collection explores the notion of a wave, a movement that is both deep and voluptuous, impactful. The ripple of water, the vibration of a voice, a sound wave, the radiation of heat... These physical phenomena have influenced the design of these seven pieces for which geometry and suppleness come together.
The round and undulating lines have a graphic dynamic through the rigor of the edges and the prominent cuts of the material. The delicacy of varnished wood and the silky touch of mohair velvet meet the vigor of Sarrancolin(1) marble. Simon Buret's pencil stroke, in oil pastel treated as tapestry(2), vibrates on an organically shaped bench, which resonates with a sofa and a table with undulating contours. The gradient nailing of the tables and column finally evokes an explosion, a shock wave.
